The kennels, which are set in the beautiful Dumfries & Galloway countryside, are run by caring and experienced owners.
We have three dogs of our own who live in the house with us - Poppy the Bearded Collie (above) spends most of her time in the kennel office, on duty as receptionist! We have a Rottweiler (Thai) who acts as security guard (but it is acting!), and Taz a Collie cross (who was abandoned at our last kennels). We also have three cats who have decimated the rodent population in the area!
We took over the kennels in July 2007 and are really enjoying living and working in such a beautiful environment.
We understand how important your pets are to you and we take our responsibility very seriously. If we have any concerns about their health, we will contact your vet immediately for their advice, and if necessary will take your pet for treatment. We always ask for a contact number when pets are boarded, and will ring either you or your contact if there is any cause for concern.
Please feel free to come and have a look around and have a chat with us, especially if you have not boarded your animal with us before. No appointment is necessary, although we do ask that you keep to our opening hours, in order to minimise the disturbance to our guests.
